Job summary

Legion Health is seeking highly skilled PMHNPs to provide telepsychiatry care nationwide from a fully remote setting in the United States. You will practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and access to experienced psychiatrists for consults and case reviews.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, evaluation, and risk assessment.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize telehealth technology and systems to ensure reliable care.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and credentialing processes.
