Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Apply evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize telehealth tech and systems to ensure reliable care.
