Legion Health is recruiting PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care through telehealth across the United States. Roles are fully remote with flexible scheduling and strong clinical autonomy, supported by psychiatrists through consults and peer reviews.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and follow evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and telehealth platforms to deliver reliable remote care.
