Positions are fully remote across the United States, offering flexible scheduling and substantial administrative backing to focus on patient care.

We emphasize evidence-based protocols, collaboration with psychiatrists, and access to premier AI tools and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and remote-care experience.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care via telehealth for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
