Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. Enjoy meaningful clinical autonomy, robust administrative support, and a collaborative team of psychiatrists and peers.

We offer flexible scheduling, work-from-home opportunities, comprehensive credentialing and licensure support, insurance coverage, and access to premium tools and resources. Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, depending on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage telehealth platforms and tech systems to deliver reliable care.
