Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is looking for experienced, Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians licensed in Connecticut. This is a fully remote position, allowing for flexible scheduling and customized workloads. Responsibilities include conducting medical record reviews and providing independent medical opinions on cases.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, board certification in PM&R, and at least five years of clinical experience. Ongoing support and predictable workflows are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience in PM&R.
• Current, unrestricted Connecticut medical license.
• Experience evaluating musculoskeletal and rehabilitation cases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and prepare clinical summaries.
• Conduct evidence-based clinical assessments.
• Provide independent medical opinions on various cases.
