A leading Independent Review Organization is seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation provider to perform Utilization Reviews. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and supplemental income. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, submitting determinations, and participating in peer-to-peer calls. Qualifications

• Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Active, unrestricted New York medical license.
• Workers’ Compensation Board Certification (New York).
• Active clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records to determine the medical necessity of services.
• Utilize state-specific workers’ compensation guidelines and recognized criteria.
• Submit clear, concise, and well-supported determinations.
• Complete reviews within required timeframes.
• Participate in peer-to-peer calls as needed.
• Complete addenda when new information is provided.
