Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Windchill/Teamcenter Specialist to own the PLM platform operations, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and integrations. The role partners with engineering and manufacturing to deliver a reliable, secure PLM ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in PLM administration, hands-on Windchill or Teamcenter experience in production, and strong scripting and troubleshooting skills to drive platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years PLM platform administration experience.
• Hands-on with Windchill or Teamcenter in production.
• Strong PLM upgrades and migrations experience.
• Oracle and SQL Server database administration.
• Linux/Unix administration skills.
• HA/DR for PLM environments experience.
• PLM integration brokers and middleware familiarity.
• Scripting in shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical operation of the PLM platform (installation, configuration).
• Perform performance tuning, upgrades, and migrations.
• Implement integrations and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain documentation and measure platform reliability.
