Job summary

Infor Consulting Services seeks a PLM Product Lead to drive client engagements in manufacturing, transforming product development and engineering through PLM solutions. This role is client-facing and requires strong consulting, process analysis, and solution design across departments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in product development, ERP/PLM integrations, BOM management, and change management within manufacturing.

Qualifications

Experience configuring, implementing or supporting ERP in discrete manufacturing environments.
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, or related field.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
Ability to travel within North America at 50% or more.
Legal work authorization to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workshops to gather requirements and define PLM solution strategies.
Analyze product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
Facilitate solution design sessions supporting PLM initiatives.
Document business requirements and functional specifications.
Configure and support PLM solutions to address customer needs.
Develop and execute functional test plans and validation activities.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to engineering and business users.
Collaborate with customers to improve product data governance, revision control, and product release processes.
