Job summary
Lakeside Book Company is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the COMN platform strategy, roadmaps, and direction, spanning customer order entry, production, inventory, and delivery. The role requires turning business needs into a clear product vision and delivering solutions that improve reliability and user experience.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Distribution, and Technology to prioritize work, manage the backlog, and drive improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management or related field.
- Experience with enterprise applications, ERP, or manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and direction of the COMN platform across order entry through delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product priorities.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog balancing initiatives, operations, and defects.
- Drive process improvements and standardization to boost platform performance and user experience.
- Lead a Business Analyst supporting COMN and coordinate internal and external teams.
- Serve as escalation point for COMN issues and measure business impact.
