Aptsoft Solutions is seeking three freelance Platform Workforce Specialists to join our core workforce team. As SME, you will refine training materials, perfect workflows, and deliver high-quality support on our platform.

You will own API integrations, troubleshoot data flows, and help build repeatable training modules. Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided on our platform architecture and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building multi-step automated workflows (if-else logic, API triggers, data parsing).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve integration issues with API-based platforms or SaaS ecosystems.
• [Nice to have] Familiarity with AI-workflow tools or LLM-based integration platforms.
• Ability to translate granular technical information into clear, repeatable training modules.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on the technical heavy lifting of platform integrations; manage API connections and troubleshoot data flows.
• Build and refine business execution workflows.
• Serve as the platform expert for end-to-end user support and onboarding.
• SME Content Refinement: refine training materials and documentation based on real-world usage.
• Quality Assurance: participate in human-in-the-loop QA and validate AI outputs.
• Workflow Optimization: identify bottlenecks and provide feedback to improve system stability.
• Support Excellence: provide high-quality live support for specialized business services.
