Job summary

Poolside is building an advanced sandboxed agent execution environment to accelerate AGI-related research and product development. You will design, implement, and operate services that run agent sessions at scale, exploring isolation techniques while ensuring safety and performance.

We prioritize hands-on sandbox techniques and container runtimes, seeking self-driven engineers who balance speed with quality and can adapt priorities as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with sandbox techniques and container runtimes required.
• Ability to balance speed and quality, and re-prioritize work as projects evolve.
• Experience designing and building distributed, scalable systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a sandboxed execution environment for Agent research and product development at Poolside.
• Own the complete development cycle of new features in the Agent execution environment.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet their sandbox and code execution needs.
• Continuously improve reliability and performance of the Agent execution environment.
