PFS CORPORATION is seeking a meticulous Plans Reviewer with modular or construction industry experience to assess complex plans for compliance with ICC codes and energy requirements.

You will review plans, specifications, and engineering data for modular commercial and residential structures, communicate findings to engineers and clients, and help keep multiple projects on track in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in building construction, code enforcement, or quality control audits.
• ICC certifications or demonstrated ability to acquire them.
• Knowledge of modular building construction methods and applicable building codes.

Responsabilités

• Review complex modular plans, specifications, and engineering data for compliance with building codes.
• Determine compliance with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, and energy code requirements.
• Interpret code provisions and assist clients with interpretation.
• Resolve discrepancies in plans and specs with engineers and clients.
• Prepare plan review reports and client correspondence answering questions from reviews.
