Job summary

Benture is seeking a Code Plan Reviewer (Plans Examiner) for a remote role in the United States. You will author correction letters, issue review decisions, and prepare marked-up plan sets drawn from real permit work with a second reviewer verifying each task before shipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on plan review in US code jurisdictions, an ICC Building Plans Examiner certification (B1/B2/B3) or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Bluebeam Revu. No degree is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plan review in US model code jurisdictions (IBC/IEBCC/IECC)
• Experience marking up and measuring plan sets with Bluebeam Revu
• ICC Building Plans Examiner certification or equivalent plan review experience
• No degree requirement

Responsibilities
