Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years frontline fundraising experience, to include planned giving
• High School Diploma or GED must be met
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible schedules

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized outreach to donors interested in legacy giving and document interactions in the CRM
• Manage scheduling and fulfillment of planned giving communications
• Contribute to planned giving marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels
• Process planned giving campaign data in the CRM and prepare stock gift files
• Monitor campaign and donor engagement outcomes and deliver reporting on PG programs
• Maintain knowledge of planned giving practices and trends through professional development
• Respond to inquiries from donors and non-donors via multiple channels
• Perform other duties as required within job classification
