Qualifications

• Five+ years of health plan configuration experience.
• Experience interpreting plan documents and translating requirements into system configuration.
• Knowledge of accumulators, limitations, exclusions, cost-share structures, and claim processing logic.
• Experience with testing, validation, or quality review in a plan configuration environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit and validate plan configurations for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Document findings, communicate recommendations, and track resolutions.
• Perform follow-up reviews to ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Support configuration and implementation for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable successful implementation.
