We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Associate Attorney in the Houston area for plaintiff-side personal injury litigation on a remote schedule. The role requires 3 to 5 years of contingency-based litigation experience and substantial deposition, motion practice, and writing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school required.
• 3–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience in a contingency practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit and litigated personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value; drive litigation strategy and next steps.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including party and fact witness depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and trial as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the life of the case.
