Job summary

Insurance Claim HQ is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our growing Plaintiff Property Litigation practice. You will handle a caseload from inception through resolution, communicating strategy and developments to clients and taking depositions as needed.

The ideal candidate has civil litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced plaintiff environment.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona law license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑service abilities.
• Self‑motivated attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced plaintiff litigation environment.
• Experience in property insurance litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff‑side property insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, case developments, and settlement opportunities.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of your cases.
• Litigate matters in Illinois state and federal courts.
