The role emphasizes direct client communication, strategic case development, and settlements when appropriate, with a six-figure base salary and a performance-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 1 to 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, with strong alignment to plaintiff-side contingency practice
• Ability to manage an active litigation caseload, often in the range of 20 to 40 matters depending on experience
• Strong legal writing skills and polished work product
• Comfort with a high-deposition, high-ownership litigation practice

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation docket from suit through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions
• Take and defend depositions, including party and key fact witness depositions
• Evaluate liability and damages, develop case strategy, and prepare matters for mediation, hearings, and trial
• Communicate directly with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders as needed
• Negotiate settlements and prepare files for trial when required
