This role offers 40 hours per week, immediate start, and a competitive hourly compensation of $90–$95. Experience in drafting briefs, motions, depositions, and comprehensive discovery is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class actions.
• Active California bar license in good standing.
• Experience drafting briefs, motions, and conducting depositions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review briefs, motions, pleadings, and other substantive litigation documents
• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare, file, and oppose motions
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Manage assigned matters and litigation deadlines from discovery through resolution
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation team members on complex class action matters
