Job summary

The Lacy Employment Law Firm, LLC is seeking a remote associate attorney to handle filings, motions, and discovery with immediate responsibility. You will research, draft strategy memoranda, and perform client intakes while managing cases under mentorship.

Candidates should have a J.D. and PA bar admission; NJ bar is a plus and in-person ED Pa. appearances may be required. Strong writing and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and PA bar admission is required.
• New Jersey admission is a strong plus given our New Jersey docket.
• Ability to cover in-person appearances in the ED Pa. court when required.
• Trial advocacy or mock trial experience is highly valued.
• Strong drafting, research and client-communication skills; able to manage multiple matters remotely.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and write case-strategy memoranda.
• Run client intakes and evaluate claims.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
