Job summary

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is seeking a PL/SQL Database Administrator to support ERP CS environments and OCI migration efforts. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing PL/SQL components to ensure performance, integrity, and operational readiness through migration and sustainment phases.

Qualifications

• Must be U.S. citizen.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Experience administering and supporting Oracle databases.
• Experience configuring, administering, or supporting Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Working knowledge of OCI migrations.
• Understanding of SQL, database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and database security.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate across technical teams.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and scripts to support ERP CS database environments and application requirements.
• Support database migration planning, execution, validation, testing, and post-migration stabilization activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot PL/SQL code, SQL queries, database performance issues, and application-related database errors.
• Collaborate with SIT/UAT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve database defects and support retesting efforts.
• Coordinate with Mission Partner teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and optimize database queries and stored procedures to ensure performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, database scripts, and runbooks for post-migration sustainment.
