Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer in the Brooklyn Park, MN area. The role focuses on fluid handling with AutoCAD-based process flow diagrams and hands-on machine design, with remote work the majority of the time and periodic in-office visits.

You will travel up to 25% domestically to client sites, perform flow calculations, pump sizing, valve sizing, and verify installations against designs. A Bachelor's in ME and 5+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience in fluid handling, piping, pumping, or routing.

Responsibilities

• Edit 2D process flow diagrams in AutoCAD.
• Design and detail machines based on system requirements.
• Perform calculations for flow process design, pump sizing, valve sizing.
• Visit client locations and verify that process flow designs match equipment.
