The Obama Foundation is seeking a Pipeline Management Analyst to support the Prospect Research team with donor research, briefing materials, and portfolio initiatives. This remote role serves the Chicago area, reporting to the Director of Prospect Research & Portfolio Insights.

Key responsibilities include mid-level giving research, event briefings, risk vetting, and portfolio growth; deliver timely donor profiles and research briefs to frontline fundraisers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of donor research or related field.
• Proficiency with research techniques and vendors such as iWave and LexisNexis.
• Ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Mid-Level Giving: donor research, capacity ratings, and profiling five-figure prospects.
• Event/Tour Support: background information for Foundation events and tours.
• Media Monitoring: update teams on news relevant to donors.
• Reputational Vetting: monthly risk assessment for donors and prospects.
• Prospect Identification: pipeline searches using internal/external data sources.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
