Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing MDs/DOs with an active US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will review cases across multiple organ systems, score reasoning quality, and write concise rationales based on vignette data.

This flexible, project-based work centers on 10-20 hours per week during active phases. Onboarding includes a $50 reward after your first production task is approved, with higher earnings possible for

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active US medical license.
• Board certification or residency training with recent clinical practice.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and application of guidelines.
• Experience in medical AI evaluation or QA is a plus.
• Excellent written English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes with questions, answers, and distractor options.
• Score vignette accuracy, completeness, and reasoning quality.
• Write short, clear rationales linking facts to conclusions.
• Participate in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.
