Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians with an active US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will review cases across multiple systems, score reasoning quality, and write concise rationales to support adjudication.

The role is project-based with a flexible schedule; earnings are per approved task, set to about $100/hr equivalent, and an onboarding reward of $50 upon first task approval.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO with active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency with recent direct patient care.
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience (internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine).
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to apply guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes and scoring tasks across multiple medical domains.
• Score vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality; write concise rationales.
• Work within three blind reads and physician adjudication to ensure quality.
