Mindrift seeks MDs or DOs with active US medical licenses to participate in a flexible remote evaluation project. You will review written clinical EHR vignettes, assess accuracy and reasoning, and provide brief rationales. This is a task-based, independent contractor role with onboarding rewards and per-task earnings.

No patient contact and no malpractice exposure. Eligible physicians in the US can contribute on a self-scheduled basis, with task-based pay and QA adjudication.”

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active US license required.
• Board certification or residency training preferred.
• Strong written English and clinical reasoning required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate written clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation project.
• Score and judge vignette quality, accuracy, and reasoning.
• Provide concise rationales and complete adjudication tasks.
