Job summary

Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians (MD/DO) with an active, unrestricted US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. You will review cases across multiple medical domains and score the clinical reasoning quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the vignette-based tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted US medical license (MD or DO).
• Board certification or completed residency training with recent direct patient care.
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience and strong clinical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for medical AI evaluation.
• Score vignette accuracy, completeness, and trap quality.
• Write concise rationales explaining reasoning paths.
• Participate in three blind reads with physician adjudication.
