Turing is seeking an emergency medicine expert to help fine-tune large language models for medical reasoning. You will design high-acuity clinical scenarios, evaluate AI responses for accuracy and safety, and identify knowledge gaps across trauma, resuscitation, and toxicology.
This fully remote, contractor role spans 20-40 hours weekly over one month. Applicants should have an MD or equivalent, board certification in Emergency Medicine, and a track record of clear medical communication.
In this project, you will leverage your expertise in emergency medicine to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT). Your deep understanding of acute diagnostics, triage protocols, and time-critical decision-making will help ensure AI systems deliver accurate, empathetic, and safe medical reasoning.
