Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and database/document control system experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding aspects of provider credentialing for applicant verification and facility forms.
• Assist in credentialing termination process for exiting providers.
• Extensive data entry within credentialing databases and spreadsheets.
• Data entry of CME courses and expiring documentation for providers.
• Maintain provider rosters for outside vendors and payer enrollment.
• Assist in maintaining electronic provider records.
• Assist in compiling QIP folders for post-onboarding and audits.
• Work with Pathologist Biomedical Laboratories and subsidiaries.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Adhere to Privacy and Security Policies and industry compliance.
