Job summary

Granite Ridge Solutions is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our remote team as a full-time Physical Therapist. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, creating personalized plans and tracking progress from a remote setting.

Ideal candidates have a DPT, active CA license, 1–2 years of clinical experience, and strong communication skills to educate patients and families. EHR familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice physical therapy in California.
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for holistic care.
