Job summary

Arganteal is seeking a Physical Security Technical Operations Leader to guide enterprise security projects from survey to design, procurement, and deployment. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with PMO and Supply Chain, and ensure high-quality execution across the lifecycle.

The role includes on-call bridge escalation and requires deep expertise in access control, video surveillance, and integrated security platforms. Remote, senior-level leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise physical security projects (design, integration, implementation).
• Deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integrated platforms.
• Experience producing design docs and BOMs; coordinating with PMO and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority on physical security projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Lead site surveys and inform design decisions with facility assessments.
• Develop diagrams, architectures, and config docs for security systems.
• Own BOM accuracy and coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement.
