Job summary

Sentrillion is seeking a Field Technology Specialist to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage, IT hardware, and security systems across multiple project environments. You will install cameras, access control, biometric devices, and related equipment while following design drawings and CAD plans.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 85% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in low voltage installation, security systems, or IT hardware deployment.
• Strong IP-based systems and networking knowledge.
• Experience with video surveillance installation/maintenance.
• Ability to read designs, schematics, and CAD drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% and hold a valid driver's license.
• Industry certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, BICSI) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage security systems.
• Coordinate materials and equipment for projects.
• Manage receipt and tracking of hardware; ensure timely delivery.
• Support Windows-based environment hardening and configuration.
