Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Backend Developer to join our Engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. You’ll own lead-capture ecosystems, build multi-step forms, and integrate with third-party APIs in an AI-enabled environment.

You will write PHP and MySQL backend, ensure logging and analytics, and collaborate asynchronously with the team while aligning with US business hours and Pacific Time overlap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time PHP development on a team.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and maintain multi-step lead-capture flows and web experiences.
• Develop backend functionality using PHP and MySQL.
• Integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs.
• Create and maintain logging, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Improve conversion performance through iteration and optimization.
• Write maintainable, reusable, and production-safe code.
• Work within existing systems and improve legacy implementations where needed.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the engineering team and communicate progress clearly.
