Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Applied econometrics, industrial organization, and statistical modeling.
• Telecommunications industry and/or FCC experience required.
• Experience in litigation, consulting, or academia.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Stata, R, Python).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct econometric and statistical analyses to support valuation, damages, and market assessments.
• Develop economic models to quantify the value and impact of intellectual property assets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across valuation, litigation, and advisory practices.
• Prepare expert reports and presentations for clients, legal counsel, and courts.
• Support business development through thought leadership and client engagement.
• Serve as a testifying expert in litigation matters (with mentorship and development support).
