Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a pharmacy-oriented professional for a fully remote contract role. The position is based with flexible CST hours in a remote setup, with 100% remote work and time window from 8:30am to 8:30pm CST.

The role requires CPhT certification, call center experience, and the ability to handle 100+ outbound calls daily. Bilingual skills are a major plus, especially in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, or Vietnamese.

Qualifications

• Active CpHT Certification or equivalent verified.
• 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google; able to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 100+ outbound calls per day in a remote call center.
• Provide customer support and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
