Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to handle patient, pharmacy, and provider calls, perform administrative tasks, and support medication research. The role involves evaluating calls for pharmacist consultation and scheduling MTM sessions with consultative pharmacists.

Remote position with residency requirements in OH, AZ, TX, or FL; training week 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, then 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST shifts with occasional every-3rd-Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Call center experience in a pharmacy or related setting
• Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Handle intake for calls from patients, pharmacies and providers
• Assist with medication research and questions requiring pharmacist consultation
• Make outbound calls to patients for medication therapy management programs and reviews with consultative pharmacists
