Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to intake calls from patients, pharmacies and providers and support medication research and pharmacist consultations.

This fully remote role requires residency in OH, AZ, TX, or FL, with training 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, then possible shifts 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST. Schedule includes every 3rd Saturday, 40 hours weekly, with a pay range of $40,000–$52,300 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state you reside.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting.
• Experience using multiple computer applications and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake for calls from patients, pharmacies and providers; assist with medication research.
• Evaluate calls that require pharmacist consultation and coordinate follow-up.
• Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedule reviews.
