Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription orders accurately.
• Interact with patients and healthcare providers via phone and email.
• Maintain logs, inventory, QA and regulatory compliance.
• Support pre-QA and data entry activities and respond to escalations.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in a remote setting.
