Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a remote, 6-month assignment. Candidates must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, or Florida and hold an active CPhT license.

The role emphasizes customer care, order processing, and HIPAA-compliant interactions. In this position you will handle prescription management, coordinate shipments, and resolve customer inquiries while meeting quality and service targets.

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
• 2–4 years of customer service/call center experience in a clinical setting.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
• High School diploma or GED; Associates/Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by phone accurately and within pharmacy regulations.
• Verify customer information, prescription quantities, and usage.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in patient interactions.
• Resolve inquiries and service issues by identifying root causes.
• Track shipments and coordinate with the transportation team.
• Expedite shipments and back-ordered items for timely delivery.
• Process returns and request customer credit per policies.
• Collaborate with Routing, Transportation, Sales, Credit & Collections to resolve issues.
• Meet performance standards for quality, adherence, and order accuracy.
• Work remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection; flexible hours.
• Stay available until all calls are answered during closing shift.
