Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Supply Chain Professional 2 to support inventory planning, order placement, expediting, vendor relations and related financial tasks for its distribution operations. This remote role may require occasional on-site meetings in Westchester, OH, with an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and 40 hours per week.

The candidate should have Excel proficiency, pharmacy experience and solid knowledge of supply chain processes, plus the ability to manage projects and drive

Responsibilities

• Perform buyer responsibilities across multiple categories and suppliers.
• Submit product orders daily and maintain designated inventory levels.
• Report shortages/overages and monitor credits or resolution.
• Expedite orders and track PO status as needed.
• Support purchasing strategies aligned to sourcing requirements.
• Communicate supply issues effectively to teams.
