Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of service.
• AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years’ experience as a pharmacy order entry technician required.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening test required.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders accurately for various facilities.
• Enter patient profiles and medications accurately.
• Maintain accurate information for patients and facilities.
• Billing and crediting facilities monthly.
• Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region.
• Orient/train new employees.
• Review unbilled reports with billing department.
• Assign daily unbilled reports.
• Maintain data entry production as determined by Manager.
• Assist outside services impacting HealthDirect customer service (e.g. INFINX, SDS).
• Hit and maintain key productivity measures as determined by Regional Manager.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
