Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry to accurately enter medication orders for facilities and ensure proper Third Party billing. You will support customers with problem resolution and maintain precise patient and facility data.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with prior pharmacy exposure preferred. Training and regulatory compliance are part of the duties, and occasional travel for meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities required.
• Knowledge of medications and physician orders is preferred.
• General computer and keyboarding skills are required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment and/or random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities.
• Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medications.
• Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities.
• Responsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each month.
• Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor.
