Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Gouverneur, NY seeks a detail-oriented data entry specialist to process medication orders, manage billing/shipping, and provide frontline customer service. This role supports patient orders and requires strong pharmacy system knowledge.

You will train new staff, complete mandatory training, and help resolve payment issues while maintaining production targets set by supervision. High school diploma or GED required; pharmacy tech certification preferred; drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders accurately.
• Select billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders.
• Provide customer service for incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Resolve customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction.
• Work with members to resolve payment issues on accounts/orders.
• Maintain production as determined by supervisor.
• Assist in orienting and training new employees.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
