Qualifications

• Student enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Able to commit to the full-time, 10-week internship program.
• Candidate must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring PBM and delegated pharmacy services for compliance.
• Gather and review data for reporting, monitoring, audits, and oversight.
• Support review of claims, network, protocols, and outliers.
• Research state and federal pharmacy developments and summarize impacts.
• Collaborate on projects; prepare requirements, presentations, and defect documentation.
• Review eligibility, claims, and benefit information in PBM systems while protecting confidential data.
• Help improve processes, reports, dashboards, and team documentation.
