Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy seeks a Compliance Analyst to support licensure activities and audit programs across our nationwide pharmacy locations. The role involves collaboration with the Vice President of Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and effective monitoring.

The ideal candidate has a Certified Pharmacy Technician registration and at least two years in pharmaceutical regulatory work, with CHC certification being a plus. Travel is expected to occur up to 25% to various sites.

Qualifications

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician registration is required.
  • At least two years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or related industry.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance with regulatory activities.
  • Assist on-site audits of pharmacy locations nationwide.
  • Assist virtual and desktop audits and data entry for records.
  • Help develop and maintain audit and risk assessment tools.
  • Communicate audit results and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Ensure licensure renewals and change notifications.
  • Prepare quarterly audit data for Compliance Committees.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather data for audits.
  • Adhere to Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.

Compliance Analyst needed! Join our growing organization!

Onco360 has an immediate need for a Compliance Analyst. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

Starting Salary at 70,000 and up, depending on experience

Summary

The Compliance Analyst will assist with securing proper licensure with the Boards of Pharmacy and other applicable regulatory licensing agencies. Also, the Compliance Analyst will assist with the Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 audit and monitoring plan.

Major Responsibilities
  • Assists the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, with compliance administrative activities in support of the department.
  • Assists with conducting on-site auditing of Onco360/CareMed/ConnectMed360 pharmacy locations across the country
  • Assists with conducting virtual and/or desktop auditing of pharmacy locations across the country, including data entry, focus, and records audits
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of operations audit and/or risk assessment tools utilized for various pharmacy audits
  • Assists with special pharmacy projects and activities.
  • Provides support with securing and maintaining proper facility licensure, including new licenses, renewals, and required change notifications.
  • Effectively communicates and presents information on compliance activities on a regular basis.
  • Communicates audit results with all responsible parties and follows up on required corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Compiles and provides quarterly audit data to the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance or designee for the Compliance Committees’ and other reporting bodies.
  • Collaborates with appropriate departments to collect data from multiple reporting systems/sources for auditing purposes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy Compliance, or designee.
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Travel

Expectation of travel at 25% by plane or vehicle including overnight stays as necessary. Proximity and access to major airport.

Position Qualifications
  • Education/Work Experience:
    • Required: Certified Pharmacy Technician registration. At least two (2) years’ experience in pharmaceutical regulatory or industry related experience.
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field. Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
  • Skills/Knowledge:
    • Required: Must exhibit excellent skills in the following areas: verbal/written communication, computer/data entry/software proficiency, and attention to detail. Experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare fields. Working knowledge of quality assurance/improvement and compliance experience. Highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people and must demonstrate communication, organizational, administrative and office skills. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical solutions. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Required: Able to perform effectively, efficiently, and accurately in a fast-paced dynamic corporate environment. Able to form and cultivate relationships within the company and with federal and state agency personnel to perform job to these standards. Strong project management skills.
  • Desired: Driven, energetic individual with experience of operating within the professional standards of a large pharmaceutical company.
