CenterWell Senior Primary Care, part of the Humana family, seeks a Pharmacy Claims Representative 2 to adjudicate pharmacy claims and provide financial support for CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy customers. You will analyze data, interpret policy, and assist with payments, co-pays, and denials.

This remote role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and solid Windows navigation. 40-hour weeks, with potential peak-season overtime and occasional travel.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate to high level of Windows-based system navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Source Patient Assistance programs and/or foundations to help patients meet out-of-pocket responsibilities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Patient Assistance Programs, billing inquiries and insurance verification.
• Provide internal and external customer service and document case files with complete notes.
• Complete special projects with varied and complex components as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
