Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Verification Specialist to verify and load patient insurance data for prescription orders. This role supports pharmacy operations, prioritizes accurate benefit information, and assists providers and patients with benefit inquiries in a remote/hybrid setup.

Starting salary is $25/hr with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before Oct 31, 2026, plus quarterly incentives and a strong benefits package. Colorado-licensed technicians preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; pharmacy/medical billing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Load accurate patient insurance data (medical and pharmacy) and coordinate benefits.
• Run test claims to obtain valid insurance responses for meds.
• Identify authorization requirements for coverage and enroll patients in copay programs.
• Maintain patient setup in CPR+ with demographics and insurance.
• Perform full benefits verification across pharmacy and medical plans.
• Document outcomes of benefits review and route orders to dispensing sites.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, regulations, and company policies.
• Contribute to team with other duties as assigned.
