Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety Pharmacist to contribute to global patient safety from home. From hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed care backgrounds, you will collect, evaluate, and document adverse events in accordance with FDA/ICH guidelines.

Work 100% from home with flexible schedules; gain experience in pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs while supporting safety physicians and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Pharmacovigilance or drug-safety experience preferred.
• Hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed-care pharmacists with strong documentation skills encouraged to apply.
• Strong written communication, analytical ability, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and document adverse-event reports for marketed and investigational products.
• Conduct literature reviews and support safety signal detection activities.
• Prepare safety narratives and case documentation according to FDA and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations.
• Assist with safety-database entry, audits, and quality reviews
