Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist to contribute to global patient safety from home. The role welcomes pharmacists from hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed-care settings with strong documentation skills.

You will collect and evaluate adverse events, conduct literature reviews, and prepare safety narratives in compliance with FDA and ICH guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• PharmD or B.Pharm degree required.
• PV or drug-safety experience preferred; hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed-care pharmacists encouraged to apply.
• Strong documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and document adverse-event reports for marketed and investigational products.
• Conduct literature reviews and support safety signal detection activities.
• Prepare safety narratives and case documentation according to FDA and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations.
• Assist with safety-database entry, audits, and quality reviews.
